Andy was born and raised in San Diego and has been in real estate investing and sales since 2000. After earning his degree in Business and Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he built his career in the San Diego market, both as an investor and as an agent.

He has procured, owned, rehabbed, brokered, and invested in many real estate projects. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of construction, value, and risk that most agents don't have. Outside of work, Andy is usually in the ocean or the mountains, surfing or skiing, and most of all with his wife and two daughters. He also serves on the boards of several charities, helping raise funds for humanitarian and environmental causes including orphans and animal rights.
